The mental diet is a fantastic tool.

During this week 8, it helped me again to clean a « negative” thought pattern ingrained in my mind since an undefined time.

Here is how it happened.

A PIF week is usually more dangerous for the members because it inevitably triggers their powerful thought patterns around money that they, like most of us, inherited from their educators (parents, school system, religion, etc.).

And since these thought patterns are usually globally « negative », it brings most people to unconsciously create all sorts of problems and issues around money in their life (I did not escape from this conditioning either, that’s why I can recognize it!).

Which is why I was always feeling some anxiety and fear around this PIF period of time – not strong enough to be easily noticed by my conscious mind – but detrimental to the faith I am willing to maintain for the success of my tribe members.

My mental diet triggered my attention exactly when I was thinking of sharing this anxiety for the members of my Tribe in this post… Oh my God !!!

What experience do I take out of this short story ?

Just this : the mental diet works, AND we have to apply it continuously and persistently.

I am using it consistently since more than 5 years now, to a stage where it has become « automatic ».

And that is exactly what I wanted – and what everyone should want too – because the Old Blueprint section of the subconscious mind is cluttered with a significant amount of rubbish that need time to be totally washed out!
