Being a MKMMA guide of the Blue type (no, I’m not a smurf, this is the Color Code, a clever way to identify a person’s core motive in life!) has some advantages and also some drawbacks.

The core motive of a Blue type people is “Intimacy”, giving a big importance to the relationship with others, and having their best moments in life when they can be of service to someone else.

That’s why we find many Blue people among the MKMMA guides.

But things can sometimes become harder for them when they get some new members in their tribe which have expressed their upmost motivation to do the program, and who, right from the beginning (sometimes even before the end of week 1), are explaining to their guide all the reasons why they could not do what the program invite them to do…

Why is this hard for the guide? After all, if some members have one or several personal reasons to not engage in the program, the guide could – and should – respect their choice.

Actually, as guides, we always do respect their choice, because this is the essence of the MKMMA program itself.

So the hard thing to deal with is that we know something that they don’t know yet, something that they absolutely need to discover by themselves, and therefore we cannot just TELL them!

The thing we know is that this self-sabotaging behavior does NOT come from a conscious choice on their part, but from their “Old Blueprint”, the

thousands of automatic programs in their subconscious mind which have always ruled their life since their birth.

Our Blueprint needs a revision!

Our Blueprint needs a revision!

The main reason why they are in the MKMMA program is precisely because they want to get rid of these obsolete programs which are ruining their life, and replace them with new programs…

Our challenge as guides, is thus to find a way to help them make this crucial discovery before they quit…and we don’t have many options to do this!

Actually we have only one valid option: to bring them back to their initial reason why they wanted to start the course.

Hopefully, this reason is clearly written in their application form, and we have been trained to remind them while hearing, but not acknowledging, their excuses for not going further.

Sometimes we succeed in helping the member to resist to the attack of their Old Blueprint…and sometimes we fail, and the member quits.

If this post made you realize that you too are currently under assault of your Old Blueprint, well, congratulations, you have just discovered what is really going on in your brain.

And you also know what to do: to remind yourself the main reason why you started the MKMMA in the first place…and to stick to it!

Leave me a comment if this helped you to pursue the Master Key Experience in spite of the pressure of your Old Blueprint…you’ll make me happy as a Blue guide 🙂
